Makita Birthday Celebration

Makita wanted to celebrate its anniversary, alongside its clients, by organizing an unforgettable show. Panama was given the challenge to reinvent the way Makita plans events. A unique concept, with an element of surprise. Panama’s finest worked hard and hosted a surrealistic dinner, in close collaboration with artist Charles Kaisin. During the immersive diner, all guests were reminded about the Makita-values and their history: through music, special acts and even actors. Inspired by the authentic Japanese tradition, guests were welcomed by more than 1000 origamis upon arrival. They were even invited to bring one they made themselves, containing a personalized wish.
